Perched on the hillside, our mountain paradise provides direct trail access for hiking and biking. Soak in the views from the large complex Hot Tub, the living room, or both primary bedrooms. Store your Skis in a convenient Ski Closet that easily accommodates gear for 10+, and your boots/jackets in a large mudroom or hang wet clothes to dry on hooks by the fire. Savor a barbecue or home-cooked meal with friends and family at the large dining table / counter seating or on the sunny private deck.

With 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a second loft living area, there's plenty of space for your group to spread out and unwind after a day in the mountains. The flexible sleeping arrangements are ideal for both families and couples. Two spacious primary suites feature comfortable King beds, stunning views, and private en suite bathrooms. The two additional bedrooms offer versatile twin, trundle, and bunk configurations for kids or couples. For couples, the twin beds or trundle can be combined to create a short King (twin beds form standard King width and 5" shorter length).

In the summer, store your Bike gear in private and locked lower level large storage closets, or the building’s bike storage room, or the 1-car garage. • Bedroom #3: King Bed. Upstairs. En Suite full bathroom. Amazing views from large windows. Additional foldable Queen Memory foam mattress in closet.
• Bedroom #4: 1 Bunk Bed (has 2 Twin beds), 1 Trundle Bed (has 2 Twin beds). Trundle can be raised to form a "short" King bed for couples. Upstairs. Full bathroom next door.
• Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. If sleeper sofa is not for you, the upstairs Primary King bedroom also has a foldable Queen memory foam mattress.

SKI IN/ SKI OUT DETAILS:
Ski to lift great for all skiers and ski to property is best for intermediate / advanced skiers (depending on conditions). Ski in/out is dependent West Wall Lift operating, which typically opens 7 to 10 days before Christmas. The Ski to the Resort is from the property to West Wall lift (or Peachtree lift), which are on Skier's left side of the resort, one lift from the resort base area. First time skiers can also ski on green trails to bottom of West Wall lift, then walk up to the property (or shuttle back to property). Winter shuttle is also available between main ski resort area and Property, with connection to the Town of Crested Butte. SHUTTLE DETAILS:
Free Year-Round Shuttle | The free winter shuttle (Crystal/Castle) stops at the bottom of the Paradise Condominium complex (where driveway meets Hunter Hill Rd) and goes between the Ski Resort base area and the Condominium complex every 30 minutes. From the Ski Resort, you can also catch the town shuttle that goes between the Ski Resort base area and the Town of Crested Butte every 15 minutes. | During non-Winter months, walk .25 miles down the road to catch the shuttle that goes between the Ski Resort base area and the Town of Crested Butte every 20 minutes.

PARKING DETAILS:
One car garage plus 1 dedicated parking space (2 total dedicated spaces plus overflow first-come, first-served parking). NOTE: Garage has a height limit and will not accommodate a taller vehicle with a roof box - When no snowpack, the height limit is 80" (lower height limit when there is snowpack). Space in front of Garage has no Height Limit.

NOTES:
• This unit is perched on the 2nd floor and is up a steep drive for ski in/out access and great views! All Wheel Drive or 4 Wheel Drive vehicle is recommended in Winter months. The unit is up 2 flights of stairs (and has no elevator).

A friendly small town vibe along with quirky events, Crested Butte is a place you want to add to your bucket list. Surrounded by 1.7 million acres of National Forest, there is no shortage of activities to embrace all year long! You can hike, bike, ski, right out of our property. With so many events and fun things to do year-round, it's always a good time to visit Crested Butte.
