Lägenheten genomgår en ombyggnad som förväntas vara klar senast december 2018. Vi är glada att se ändringarna och kommer att uppdatera bilder när projektet är klart.

Din grupp på upp till 10 personer hittar denna rymliga lägenhet med fyra sovrum och tre badrum ett mycket bekvämt val för din vistelse i Crested Butte. Vare sig skidåkning, vandring, cykling eller njut av vildblommorna, har K-304 hemtrevliga bekvämligheter som är tillgängliga för att vara ett utmärkt "basläger" för dina bergseventyr året runt. Ett stort, öppet vardagsrum / matsal planeras runt en massiv sten spis. Gå igenom köket är full storlek och har också en snackbar. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. På övervåningen hittar du ett sovloft, det fjärde sovrummet och ett annat badrum. Enheten är fullt möblerad, ner till sängkläder och disk. Det finns också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten!

Keystone Building är inlagd på andra våningen. Gå upp en trappa och nå K304 på 3: e våningen.

San Moritz är skid-in / ski-out och Keystone-byggnaden har bra skidåtkomst - perfekt för nybörjare. Din lägenhet ligger nära West Wall liften. En kort promenad, åka skidor och du är på backarna! På slutet av dagen, bara skidor ner tillbaka till byggnaden.

Komplexa bekvämligheter kommer säkert att slutföra din upplevelse. Som kontor och personal på plats gör det enkelt att checka in / ut och svara på frågor som uppstår under din vistelse. Hushållstjänster tillhandahålls för alla vistelser som är 4 eller flera nätter. På vintern har San Moritz sin egen privata pendelservice som är gratis med din vistelse. Skytteln går dagligen under skidsäsongen från 8 AM till midnatt. De kommer även att hämta och släppa direkt utanför din lägenhet! På vintern kan du också njuta av en bubbelpool i bubbelbadet. Bastunen är öppen året runt! För varje bekvämlighet har varje byggnad 2 tvättmaskiner och torktumlare för gästanvändning. Allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse!

Parking was easy and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Even though the balcony is shared, because it's an end unit it feels pretty private. Only thing worth mentioning is that the top floor does get warm in the middle of summer days, but was mostly fine overnight.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms and views are wonderful. And the ability of our crew to ski in and out hits the top of our list. We’ve already discussed making it a third run. Note: there are six beds on a loft over the living room; if you have a loud morning crew, those sleepers may be disturbed.

Good times

Great spot!!! Ski in/out was very nice. Only problem we had was that the dish washer did not work. It leaked water everywhere. Maintanence came by and said he fixed but it leaked again. We had to have maintenance come by and reset the satellite because two of the TVs would not work. If we return to CB we will definitely come back to San Moritz.

Great location and a large spot that comfortably sleeps a large group. Fantastic views from the balcony and right on the slopes. It is best to maximize carpooling because overnight parking options off property are limited.

Only problem with a condo is no yard for games, but we kept busy with fishing, paddleboarding, biking, shopping, etc. There is no air conditioning, but really wasn't a problem. They have enough ceiling fans to accommodate that & we always bring our own small fans. Great tip, the free shuttle, which you can take your bike on stops at Hunter Hill Road where the condos are & you can ride down to town & not have to ride up that steep hill back to your condo. Oh, condo was recently remodeled. Very nice!

Our condo was plenty big for 3 couples. We could have had more bc of the loft. We enjoyed it in the summer but I think it would be perfect for skiing in the winter. I would rent this property again!
