Detta är en vackert renoverad 2 sovrum Snowcrest lägenhet som ligger en kort promenad till basområdet.
Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen och en gång i lägenheten välkomnas du av en öppen planlösning som omfattar vardagsrum / matsal och kök. Vardagsrummet har en platt-tv och massor av bekvämt utrymme att göra dig hemma. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att skapa en ganska högtid. Även på denna våning hittar du ett komplett badrum med dusch.
På övervåningen hittar du sovrummet med en dubbelsäng. Du hittar ett gemensamt badrum i korridoren mellan sovrummen. Det andra sovrummet har en våningssäng (drottning över drottning) och är loft-stil som öppnar till vardagsrummet nedan. Det finns en ordentlig vägg som är ungefär 4 meter hög (ser ingen genom skenor) för att hålla detta privat. Mellan de två sovrummen hittar du en liten tvättstuga.
Snowcrest-komplexet har också ett badtunnaområde som nyligen har gjorts om. Komplexet ligger tvärs över gångvägen över motorvägen från det riktiga basområdet så en gång här behöver du verkligen inte en bil.
Endast 1 parkeringsplats finns på den här fastigheten. Ingen rökning eller husdjur är tillåtna och gästerna måste vara 25 år eller äldre för att hyra. Barn med förälder eller vårdnadshavare är alltid välkomna. HOA tillåter inte husvagnar eller släpvagnar av något slag.
Observera att badtunnan är säsongsbetonad och vanligtvis är öppen förra veckan i juni till Labor Day och Thanksgiving dag till slutet av skidsäsongen.
Avbokningsregler: 61 dagar och längre fram till ankomstdagen återbetalas fullt ut med undantag för en administrationsavgift på $ 100. 60 dagar eller mindre från ankomstdagen kan bokningen inte återbetalas såvida vi inte kan återlämna fastigheten på uppsägande hyresgästers vägnar.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home.The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything we wanted to explore. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and they clearly put care into every detail.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, wonderful property management!

I stayed here with my husband and 9 month old. The location was great! A few things which made us rate 4 stars. I reached out ahead of time requesting a travel crib. When we arrived the crib was not in the property. Unfortunately we didn’t get it but a few hours later, after our baby’s bedtime which made for a rough first night. This property didn’t have a humidifier which should be standard in a place like this. The property manager did get us one after requesting it. Lastly, the second bedroom is not enclosed although the listing makes it look like it; it is more of a loft. Otherwise, the property was super clean, well stocked and the best part was the wonderful property manager Shay. She was super responsive for our requests…she deserves 5 stars!

Summer visit in the mountains

My husband and I wanted to visit Crested Butte to hike and enjoy the mountains in the summer. The condo was conveniently located very close to the ski resort. We were able to hike and rent bikes all within a very proximity to the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Crested Butte

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was super convenient, as there was a short walk (with many stairs) to the main ski lifts. The building itself was pretty dated, but the condo has been nicely renovated. It was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the couch was cozy.

Wondeful condo next to Mount Crested Butte

We absolutely loved this condo and its location. The condo is extremely well furnished and super comfortable (beds and couch get an A+). We were able to go right out the door to trails up Mt. Crested Butte and it was a quick drive or bike ride into town. My two friends and I all loved the condo and also noted how great it would be to take out families back to (individually of course). It's set up perfectly with big bunk beds and plenty of space in the kitchen and living room.

The Snowcrest condo was perfect for a late summer hiking trip to the beautiful Crested Butte area. The condo was clean and tidy, and uniquely decorated. The kitchen was "just like home" and the area was quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Condo

This condo gives you great views of Mt. Crested Butte and the elevated walkway allows you easy base access. The kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal. It would be great if there was KCup option for morning coffee : ) We had plenty of space for our family to spread out and be comfortable. My only other suggestion is ceiling fans...especially for the summer or box fans to cool the rooms. While the temperature does fall at night in the summer, it did stay quite warm in the bedrooms (making sleep difficult). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed!

Perfect ski condo

This perfect ski condo was as described less than a five minute walk to the base lifts, comfortable perfectly clean and well appropriated. We live in a ski resort and love to visit other mountains, CB is such a blast!

Snowcrest Heaven

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The location is perfect and allows easy access to the mountain and ski village. The views of Mt. crested Butte and the slopes are spectacular, as are the views on the backside of the condo, over looking Snodgrass and Githic Peak. The house is beautifully decorated with endless unique and fun touches. The space is huge- we had a family of 6 and even entertained friends one night for dinner with plenty of room and a well appointed kitchen. It felt like home the entire time we were there. We hope to return some day soon!

Perfect

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It’s even better than imagined. The owner has gone to great lengths to create a unique and awesome design in this perfectly located condo just 5 minutes walk from the lifts. Apre ski? How about on the patio with unobstructed views of Crested Butte as the sun sets. Management was responsive and friendly as well. We were a party of two but 4 to 6 would be comfortable.

Amazing place!

Everything was great, aside from the lights not working in the first floor bathroom. We wrote to the property manager on day 1 about it, but they weren’t able to have anyone come fix it. Not a huge deal though. Place is a 5 min walk from the slopes, which was awesome!

Love Snowcrest

I have stayed in many units at this complex. This one was super clean and had all the essential kitchen equipment. Nice dishes and cookware. Beds were comfortable. It is at the top of the complex so a bit of a hike up form the base, however the view of the mountain and town makes it worth it. I would rent this unit again. My only suggestion is both bathrooms need new shower heads for a more even water flow.

Family Ski Trip Crested Butte

Overall the stay was good.. condo had been remodeled and it was great access to the lifts...the main negative was the access to the property with the steeper drive being basically impossible during the winter storm that was happening during our stay....city did a very poor job of snowplowing the drives and most in the complex were unable to use any of the garages (leased out to other people it seems) and the driveway to the complex was very ice/slippery and everyone struggled to even get in and out of the driveway...be aware that you may get snowed/iced in when a bad storm hits and the city does a very poor job of making travel safe for in and out access to the property.

Perfect ski condo

We've stayed here twice with little kids - the condo is beautiful and very well taken care of, and the location is perfect - a five-minute walk to skiing/snowboarding, and a short drive to miles of beautiful nordic trails through Aspen forests. Can't recommend enough.

Great rustic condo

Loved this property! I loved the rustic feel to it and the artwork. My kids loved the bunk beds - their first experience with them. The condo was very close to downtown and made it easy to go back and forth between the condo and town. We would definitely stay here again someday if the opportunity presented itself.
