K-303 har renoverats och möblerats i ett modernt lodgetema med unika detaljer. Vila efter en dag i bergen på vardagsrumets bekväma lädersoffa. Den intilliggande matplatsen erbjuder sittplatser för tio vid bordet och baren, och köket är utrustat med rostfria apparater och granitbänkar. Rummen har konstnärliga specialsängar och headboards. Två glidande glasdörrar öppnar mot den västläge balkongen där du kan fånga varje solnedgång och njuta av utsikten över Paradise Divide och Washington Gulch. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har tre sovrum och två badrum. På övervåningen hittar du ett sovloft, det fjärde sovrummet och ett annat badrum. Enheten är fullt möblerad, ner till sängkläder och disk.

Keystone-ingången är p�� andra våningen. Det finns en trappa upp till tredje våningen för att komma till K-303.

San Moritz är ski-in / ski-out och Keystone-byggnaden har stor tillgång till skidor - perfekt för nybörjare. Din lägenhet ligger nära Väggmuren. En kort promenad, skidor på, och du är i backarna! I slutet av dagen är det bara att åka tillbaka till byggnaden.

Komplexa bekvämligheter kommer säkert att slutföra din upplevelse. Ett kontor och personal på plats gör det enkelt att checka in / ut och svara på frågor som uppstår under din vistelse. Städning tillhandahåller sopor och handdukservice vid vistelser längre än 3 nätter. San Moritz har en egen privat pendeltrafik som är gratis vid din vistelse. Bussen går dagligen under skidsäsongen från kl. 8.00. m. tills midnatt. Under sommaren kör skytteln på helgerna från kl. m. tills midnatt. De hämtar till och med direkt utanför din lägenhet! Under vintern kan du också njuta av ett dopp i badtunnan inomhus. Bastun är öppen året runt. För ytterligare bekvämlighet har varje byggnad två myntmanövrerade tvättmaskiner och torktumlare för gästbruk. Allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse!

Nice property in good location when there is snow. Great location and access to West Wall lift. The beds overall were comfortable. The furnishings area little dated and crowd the space a bit but we were not in the room much so it was not a problem. Overall, we were happy with the unit and would recommend the unit

This is a lovely accommodation.The location is perfect to easily ski in and ski out and we really appreciated the dogs allowance, assuming they were satisfied with our use of sheets and leaving no trace that we even had dogs,so I hope we won't be getting any extra cleaning fee,that is a real PLUS for this choice.Not a complaint, but just note that the laundry facilities are paid machines on the bottom floor and you will need quarters which might be available at the office a stones throw in across the parking lot in the other bdlg. You can get more towels and sheets and toiletries there too. The only downsides of this unit would be the narrow, somewhat rickety spiral staircase going up to 4 of the beds listed, and one bathroom, which means some members of your party might not be able to reach there. Leaving only two bathrooms and two master beds and a bunk bed on the main floor. Also, come to think of it, you have to be able to climb stairs to get to the condo, too. My two recommendations to the owner, would be to consider removing the two metal futon couches and replacing them with comfortable options that aren’t going to cripple anyone trying to sit in the couch or sleep on it.They were unusable and fortunately we did not invite others who would have been expecting to sleep in those beds as they were listed.There is a beautiful large wooden hutch in the hallway that,while I love it and assume it is there for the owners delight, would be great to have space/wallhooks, etc

Great stay over the Turkey day break. Kitchen has all items needed to cook a feast. Bedrooms and beds were all comfortable. It was a great place to stay while doing the Nordic Camp.

Nice Stay

Location was great. Condo was nice but needs the carpet replaced. Broken window up top wouldn’t stay latched. Living room ceiling wouldn’t work but maintenance was notified but wasn’t fixed while there. Overall, stay was good.

Family ski getaway

Location is great right next to slopes so you can ski in for lunch and be on the first chair. Condo van service to town was wonderful just call and Garrett picks you up. Condo was very roomy and comfortable. We used the hot tub every day and made a fire in the fireplace. Christine was a great host.

This condo was as described and in line with photos. It’s a great location for ski in/out with a very helpful shuttle service on call. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Linen could have been cleaner (blankets) and this was raised with management. Furniture and spiral stair are quite worn. Overall, reasonable value for money and great outlook.

Roomy condo in a great location

The condo is in a nice location on the mountain and it was very comfortable for four adults and one teen. We visited in July and It can get rather warm in the afternoon if the sliding glass doors aren't left open. The layout of the space is great and the views are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Perfect location, great for large group!

We LOVED our stay! We had 4 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids, and 2 adult dogs. The house was spacious, providing enough room for everyone. A very quick and easy walk to the lifts. The updates are nice, and it's all very well stocked. Christine was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was quick and easy! We will definitely be staying here again!

May just be the prettiest place I've seen in America!

This condo was very comfortable for our group of 10 from 4 years to 65, we were extremely satisfied with the sleeping arrangements, multiple bathrooms, beautiful yet comfortable decor, convenient location, and easy access parking. It's unanimous, we all want to return!

Nice condo - great area

The remodeled part was very nice and tastefully done. The carpet and mattresses in the smaller bedrooms could be upgraded. We had *adult* kids instead of smaller ones, so they care about their quality of sleep. Even though the condo has been remodeled, it still has an older smell as if smoking used to be allowed. The property manager was great and very responsive/helpful. Overall a good stay.

Excellent place for our large group

This is great place for a large group. There were 8 of us, plus 2 dogs and this place fit us perfectly. The central space is roomy, the bedrooms are spacious and the outside deck allowed us to enjoy evenings outdoors. The kitchen is well appointed and there was plenty of storage for groceries for the 8 of us. The condo is located in Mt Crested Butte which was a great location for us to get into the valleys to the north to hike. We had one minor issue in the kitchen and the maint. staff resolved it immediately. I was impressed with the entire experience and highly recommend this property.

Great condo

This condo was great for our long weekend getaway. It has been renovated recently and there was plenty of space for a group of 7. The views from the balcony are amazing. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay!

The condo as nicely updated, very clean, and right next to the slopes! Perfect place to stay for our large group. Parking was easy and the people at the office were extremely friendly and helpful.

Location - Location - Location

Prime location for skiers! Shuttle bus can be viewed coming up the mountain from the living room and the bus stops right at the driveway to the San Moritz Condos.
