Nice little place
This condo had most of the essentials you’d expect and was clean enough. If you’re bothered by a dust bunny here or there, older/dirty carpet (my feet turned brown after a shower just from walking inside) or a dish or two that wasn’t completely cleaned by the dishwasher prior to your stay this place isn’t for you. Those are all things that don’t bother us too much. The biggest “con” was lack of AC and being on the 3rd floor. It’s common in CO not to have AC but this place was HOT even with multiple fans. None of the bedrooms have outside windows to help with cool mountain air flow at night and we all found it difficult to sleep. It was cooler outside even at 76* midday than inside & we spent most of our time outside during the day but evenings and sleep were uncomfortable (reminded me of my camping days down south-sticky and warm). This was totally on me for not double checking AC in the listing (it does not list AC so it’s accurate), but I felt like I had to make it known for anyone checking reviews that may not consider there may not be AC. We ended up leaving a night early to sleep in our air conditioned house just a few hours away. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again for fall or winter in CB bc of location and all the other things it had to offer, but summer we’d look for AC or a place that has bedrooms with exterior windows to help cool off at night.
