**Check out time is 11 am the latest.**

*In order to use fire pit and bbq grill, guests need to use propane gas which isn’t included in the rental cost. However, we provide propane tank that can be refilled by guests at grocery store nearby.

*If you use bbq grill, please make sure it’s clean before check out.
Otherwise, it’ll be a $30 charge.
