"We visited the Rebello for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The staff was so kind and helpful, their generosity adding even more joy to our stay. The breakfast was extremely good, with both a buffe and a meni to order off on. I think the pineapple was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The hotel is worth it for the small but gorgeously calming spa and wonderful view alone. We already miss the Rebello and will be recommending it to everyone visiting Porto."

"Superservice så fort vi klev in, otroligt serviceinriktade i alla delar på hotellet. Bästa frukosten under hela vår 4 veckor genom sju länder. Allt var genomtänkt, bra parkering och de erbjöd transfer två gånger per dag i till centrum. Boendet var rogivande och lyxigt, bästa stoppet för vår del. Självaste stan Porto är en otroligt rolig och vacker stad att besöka och att sedan få återhämtning och god vila på slottet kändes lyxigt. Vi saknade ingenting utan bara njöt av livet och miljön."

"I unintentionally made two reservations within minutes due to what appears to have been connection issues. The hotel clerk informed me of this, and I immediately started the process of cancelling one of the rooms. Despite the fact that the bookings were made only minutes apart and that I used just one room, hotel management refused to cancel the duplicate reservation or show any flexibility. This was not an attempt to misuse the system — it was an obvious booking error that could have been resolved with basic understanding and good customer service. Instead, the hotel chose to prioritize policy over fairness. Experiences like this are a clear example of how rigid profit-driven decisions can override common sense and customer care. The stay itself was fine, but the handling of this situation left a disappointing impression and made the experience feel unnecessarily rigid."
