Located on the hills above the seaside resort of Criel-sur-Mer, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of this residential neighborhood and the ocean view from the terrace and the bedrooms. The beach and its recreational areas (pétanque courts and playgrounds) are about a 10-minute walk away, as are nearby restaurants and shops. The GR21 hiking trail (Alabaster Coast) and the Véloroute du Littoral bike route (plus a 25-km loop starting from Criel) pass through the town. 12 km away (Ludibulle), there’s a water park and an ice rink open year-round. Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains are a 10-minute drive away, and Dieppe is 30 minutes away. Self-check-in is available (key box). First floor: - Entryway leading to the dining room with a dining table and seating area, - Living room (access via 2 steps) with a sofa bed, armchairs, a 50-inch smart flat-screen TV, and a Bluetooth speaker, - Fully equipped semi-open kitchen opening onto the terrace (dishwasher, built-in oven, induction cooktop, fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine, plancha...), - Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, Upstairs: - Double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and ocean view, - Double bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, TV, and ocean view.
