"One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the fantastic food and outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — always friendly, attentive, and professional. The service throughout our stay was simply top-notch. We enjoyed the buffet dinner twice, and although it was on the pricier side, it was absolutely worth it. The variety, quality, and presentation were excellent — a real treat after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was truly perfect. There were so many choices — from fresh tropical fruits and juices to pastries, made-to-order omelets, local specialties, and everything in between. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into every detail. We looked forward to it each morning! Overall, the combination of incredible food and flawless service made this hotel one of the most memorable parts of our trip."

"The hotel was just stunning, very clean, feels like you’re in a rainforest retreat just moments away from the hustle of New Delhi. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure our needs were met and greeting us at every opportunity. The restaurants were also great - breakfast buffet is completely safe and delicious. Overall I would say this is incredible value for money and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Obviously things at the hotel are “expensive” for being in New Delhi, but we were happy to pay the premium to ensure good quality food and service. Enjoyed a free yoga class which they host daily, and comfortable pool beds. "

" Vi hade en riktigt fin vistelse på Hotel Eros i Delhi. Redan vid ankomsten möttes vi av varm och professionell personal som gjorde incheckningen smidig och välkomnande. Rummet var rymligt, mycket rent och smakfullt inrett med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig – skön säng, fräscht badrum, bra AC och fina detaljer som kaffe/te-faciliteter. Frukostbuffén var en höjdpunkt varje morgon. Den var både riklig och varierad, med allt från färsk frukt och indiska specialiteter till internationella alternativ. Vi testade även restaurangen på kvällen och blev mycket nöjda – både maten och servicen höll hög klass. Hotellets poolområde var lugnt och avkopplande, en perfekt plats att varva ner efter en dag ute i Delhi. Det finns också ett välutrustat gym och andra bekvämligheter som gjorde vistelsen extra bekväm. Läget är utmärkt – hotellet ligger i ett trevligt, grönt område med närhet till shopping, restauranger och flera av stadens sevärdheter. Det var lätt att ta sig runt och vi kände oss trygga och väl omhändertagna hela tiden. Det som verkligen lyfter Hotel Eros är servicen. Personalen var alltid vänlig, hjälpsam och engagerad. Det märks att gästernas trivsel verkligen är i fokus här. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Hotel Eros "

"Good hotel with good standards. I came a bit early and wanted to do an early check-in. Had to wait for an hour which is fine. Got told that I cant use the WiFi until I checked in which is not ok. Other than that it was a good stay."
