Condo was clean and neighborhood was quiet. We were at an event most of the time so it was perfect. Beds could be a liitle less firm but that is personel preference.

Would Highly Recommend!

I rented this property for a visit to my son who lives nearby. The condo was clean and in great shape. We enjoyed being close to the grocery store and gas station, but still in a scenic and quiet neighborhood. Our guest passes allowed us access to the Beach and Pool at Fairfield Glade and we enjoyed swimming and kayaking. Would definitely choose this property again and again!

Patio furniture was rusty and filthy and only 2 cushions which were also filthy. Couch had someone else’s old shirt shoved down in between the cushions so when you reclined that’s when it was noticed. The underneath of the couch was filthy. They need to spray for wasps because I got stung. Towels were still in dryer that weren't folded from a previous guest so we folded them. Primary TV wasn’t working. The sliding doorwall extremely hard to open and close. Just disappointed. They didn’t even offer to compensate us.

Knew the condo was two story but did not know that the first portion of the stairs had no handrails. There was always stairs out side to reach the unit that had no handrails. Though I did not ask for handicap, I was shocked there were no handrails. My husband is an amputee and our guest had knee issues
