“I am disabled & the staff verbally & mentally abused me. They were convicting me of outrageous actions so much so I am throwing up and can't even drive right now... i spent so much money to stay here... & I am so heartbroken....”

“Our third stay at the New London Inn. Perfect spot to stay when visiting Colby Sawyer College. Everything is within walking distance. The Inn is clean and has a beautiful atmosphere.”

“Room was clean, staff was polite, parking was easy.”

“The shaker museum is a great stay. It is SO reasonably priced for how nice the rooms are. The linens are all clean, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and everyone is helpful and kind. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want an affordable, safe, comfortable, and clean place to stay. It’s also great obviously for a history buff as there is so much to learn about the Shakers. We will definitely be returning next year. The staff is...

“If you are looking for a quiet stay in the middle of the NH Lake Sunapee region, this is your place. From the moment we stepped into the Inn to the time we left, it was a great experience. AC was on, and there was a big sign that said, " Contact maintenance. " When you called, the voicemail said "someone has access to this phone all day"... and the vmail box is full! So, we changed it ourselves to heat. 3. The locks on the doors didn't really work; we had to really work them. We thought we were locked...

“This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. We'd rented the cabin to go to a wedding and weekend events. Checked out an hour before checkout time to get to the event--unshowered-- and called the host, who didn't pick up. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem...
