The house rests on an enclosed garden of 1800m², on which you can park 3 vehicles.

It is located 100 meters from shops and restaurants, 150 meters from the bakery, 400 meters from a hypermarket.
The port of Morgat is known for its many and varied activities: The CNCM, the nautical center of Crozon Morgat offers boating, surfing, windsurfing courses.
You can also rent any type of marine equipment such as paddle or kitesurfing for example, or land (mountain bike, electric bike)

There is also the shuttle for the visit of the Morgat caves, the sea fishing attraction, the submarine attraction to see the bottom of the sea, or the trimaran ride.
From the port of Morgat and 800 meters from the house, you can also join the GR34 which extends over 8km of coastal path.

By taking the car within a radius of 10km, you have the equestrian center and the tree climbing. The beaches of Goulien and Lostmarc'h which are very popular with surfers (international spot).
