In southern Berry, a detached house with a large, private, enclosed garden and private parking.

Close to the Ligny water sports center (ski lift), Lake Eguzon, and the Guéret Wolf Park. Local events include a traditional dance on June 24th, a picnic on July 2nd, concerts on July 8th and 29th, the St. Roc festival on August 16th, a concert in the village of Nermond on August 26th, and a pop-up circus in September. The ground floor comprises a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, a shower room, and a private toilet. A step leads up to the living room.

Upstairs, there is a landing with a sofa bed, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and access to a shower room with a toilet.

Outside: a private, enclosed garden with parking and a pétanque court. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.

A travel cot and a booster seat are available for babies.

Pets are welcome at a rate of €5 per pet per night.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 50 kWh per day included (any excess consumption will be charged to the hosts on site).
