“The staff were amazing, the house magnificent and the view stunning. We really enjoyed our time here. It’s kinda of secluded but it’s part of what makes it nice too. The driver is available to take you to the busy part of town whenever you’re ready.

“Mandala staff go above and beyond! They are truly the highlight of a stay here. So helpful and kind. All the little things are taken care of without you having to ask. Airport transfer - done. Das Hotel ist klein und direkt am Strand gelegen, und etwas weiter weg von den ganzen Verkäufern und dem sonstigen Tourigeschehen. Jedoch sind fußläufig die besten Bars und Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

The room I got didn't look like the pictures, instead I had a small kitchen and a separate toilet/shower. Vi ger hotellet i sig varma rekommendationer, servicen skulle kunna bli effektivare, personalen levererar med ett vänligt leende och respekt men tar stundtals lite för lång tid.
En drink vid poolbaren ska inte ta 20 min och vid fullbokat hotel bör man ha nån som rensar frukostbord så det inte bildas kö, fastän det finns bord.
Vi fick ingen information vid bokningen att det pågick nybyggnation 12 meter från poolen och 7 meter från rumsdörrar. Detta förstör hela upplevelsen av njutning och relax. Vi bor sammanlagt 11 nätter här, och hade valt annat hotell om vi visste att det skulle väsnas så mycket.
Minus för att det inte finns några sopptunnor på resorten. "
