“Staff helped us get checked in right away; they did have some printer issues FYSA in case you need a paper copy of something. Met our needs for an overnight stay.”

“Would have been nice to know the pool has been out for months. Like half of the hotel was under construction. Didn’t realize they only come in the room every other day, so had to call for more towels. Good breakfast”

“A great place for your little family to rest and sleep. The only complaint is the fridge isn’t as cold, even at the max. We especially needs it for the half gallon of milk for our baby. Otherwise our stayed for the weekend was wonderful and a good experience overall! The kids had a good sleep there. Highly recommended if you needed an affordable place to rest.”

The lamp shades were dusty, turned on the ac it had a musty moldy smell in which my daughter has very bad allergies. “I will not recommend this place. The hotel looks creepy and the staff looks like they are not familiar with the rooms and the amenities. A lot of guest were complaining when we arrived.”

“If you’re a used to the Sonesta hotel standard, don’t stay here. Property is very run-down, overflowing trash all around the perimeter. Our room reeked of strong peroxide and cleaning products. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor, kitchen sink would not run cold water, bathtub had no stopper. There were no towels (we were able to procure some from the front desk but none on arrival), no soap in the bathroom, no kitchen supplies (including no cups of any kind), no blanket on the bed. “Front desk lady was very rude when I asked if the pool was open. She said I hate when people ask that. She said if the sign says its closed then its closed. Then I couldn't sign into the wifi She then asked if I was spelling my name right. Stating that's why I couldn't sign in which was not the case. Overall just a bad experience. Ill spend the extra money from now on and stay at holiday inns.”
