“Hay que darle tiempo al hotel. No hay mucho personal, desayuno pésimo, buffet no estaba disponible, helados y frappe y el coffe shop abren tarde… No like”

“Everything was good nice place, nice staff, welcoming environment great air conditioning systems. i just wish they were more attentive to changing out our sheets and towels and providing us with those necessities and well and tidying up the room dialy.”

“We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.”

“The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! I...

“They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. ”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”
