Underbart, husdjursvänligt och vackert inredda 3/2 hemma på vattnet som är perfekt för en semester eller bara avkoppling. Den är belägen på vackra Cudjoe Gardens med direkt havet tillträde. Det finns en marinan inom gångavstånd eller roddavstånd. Kolla in den närliggande Marvin Key-videon.

Semesteruthyrning inkluderar kajaker (3), livvästar och paddlar. Vi uppdaterar ständigt vårt paddling redskap så kolla tillbaka ofta.

Oceanside och Gulf Side båtliv väntar på dem som är intresserade av att utforska nycklarna. Om du anlitar en guide kan du utforska stränder på Gulfen som vi anser vara jämförbara eller bättre än många av stränderna på Dr. Strandlista. Varje gång kommer en sjöflygplan ta någon till dessa stränder, eftersom platserna är bara så underbara (se videon som någon postat om Marvin Key som ligger i backcountry).

Looe Key Reef är en lätt resa med båt eller charter. Hemmet själv är har en stor screening i området med utsikt över simning kanalen. Bra ställe att ha en kopp kaffe på morgonen eller natten. Inuti hittar du ett varmt, bekvämt hem som är helt möblerat och redo att gå. Det finns gott om parkering, så du behöver inte betala för att lagra din släpvagn någonstans.

För avslappningsändamål har vi installerat väggmonterade 4K Ultra HD-TV med Chromecast inbyggd. Dessa TV-apparater är smart anslutna till wifi.

Nyckelord: Waterfront, Dock (80 fot av dockage på en djup kanal), Oceanside, ingen bro, mycket nära Key West. Kajaker).

Relaxing getaway in cudjoe gardens

This was our second stay here and the upgrades really made this a stand out property. The seawall + fish cleaning station and new pilings made it so seamless to have our boat ready to go every day, fence was perfect for the pup. Will absolutely stay again.

Perfect Location!!

The house is as described in the listing. The host was very responsive when we had a minor issue when we arrived. There are both pros and cons to the home. Pros: Location - the house is located in a nice development. Very quiet, all neighbors were very friendly. With Key West 20 miles south and shopping about 8 miles north. Very convenient location. The dock is very nice, with ample cleats to secure your boat. A boat ramp (small fee to use) is very close by. The WIFI in the house is very good, no issues and more than ample speed. The outside furniture is very comfortable. The TV’s in each room were good The layout of the house is very nice, with an open floor plan in the living area Con’s: The house is clearly a rental property, not someone’s home that is also a rental. The house definitely needs some general maintenance and tender loving care. The cleaning crew did a just ok job. I would not say the house was dirty, but it definitely wasn’t guest ready clean.

Very enjoyable stay

A retired couple and a sheltie stayed here for a month.The property is spacious, clean and well stocked. Everything worked well and if not, was fixed or replaced asap.The owner, Kris, is friendly and communicative. Lots of options for TV programming which could be overwhelming for someone who is not familiar with HDMI options. The provided kayak having a seat with a real backrest is comfortable and fun to paddle along the canals.

Quiet central location

The property worked perfectly for us and our Labradors. Left my Whaler tied up in the backyard most of the month, launch ramp within walking distance. If you bring a boat, study the charts. Close enough to Key West for easy day trips. Nothing too far away but everything far enough to be a quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot and stay for spearing, fishing and family

We stayed for a month and enjoyed every moment! The property was clean, had everything we needed and was close to the marina and channels for offshore and gulfside adventures. We entertained family for the first couple of weeks and it was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. We battled wind for a couple days but never felt cramped in the house when we couldn't get out on the ocean. The last couple weeks we got down to business for putting fish in the freezer and it served us well for that too. The only thing that could have pushed this one over the top is a fish cleaning station, but that is definitely not a complaint or a must-have for fishing. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the lower keys. Will be back!

Restful and warm

I was pleased to see the 60s architecture and study the surrounding area and history. always amazed by the plants and gardens. I would like to ave seen this home to be more Fla decorated and the yard a little more attractive. it had a good kitchen and all the appliances were in good shape. I would say, all it needs is pinking and planting up a little. all and all our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Family Time in the Keys

Perfect Vacation

Our family had so much fun. This place has everything you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards, paddling out to see the sun rise was something we'll never forget!! It was great having them all right there and not having to rent a thing. Would recommend this property 100%!

Much needed vacay spot!

Had a wonderful month! Canal access was wonderful and easy to navigate in/out. No evidence of prior pet occupation :) House worked well for what we were looking for! There was some slight plumbing/roof work being done- but that did not deter/bother us in any way. Kris was VERY prompt to any call/concern we did have. AC kept us cold - - which in July was HUGE!!! Overall, a very pleasant, relaxing and much needed vacay for us - - THANKS KRIS!

Cut short by Covid-19

By the end of the second week of our March rental, we were social distancing at the property. By the end of the third week, we were told to leave Monroe County as were all non-residents. The property and especially the location are great. Is there a refund policy for our rental being cut short?

Wonderful stay in the Florida Keys

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. The property was spacious, king size bed was a plus and the canal was beautiful and we had wonderful access to the ocean/ backcountry and marina. Communication with owners was excellent.

Friendly Cudjoe Gardens

This house on 5th Avenue in Cudjoe Gardens is comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located within a half hour of Key West. I met several of the neighbors--some permanent residents of the block and some snowbirds--and joined them a few times at their daily neighborhood "happy hour". Canals provide access to open water for your boat or a 10 minute paddle by kayak. It could use a few upgrades including the gas grill and kayaks that were provided. Naja and Kim were very accommodating and helpful.
