A rural house located 2.5 km from the capital, next to the exit to the mountain road. Suitable for groups of up to 22 people. It has 9 very spacious double bedrooms, some of which can accommodate extra beds (arranged directly with the owner). Beds are 150 cm wide, and single beds are 105 cm wide. The cottage has seven bathrooms,
* On the upper floor, there are two apartments, one with a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom, a double bed, and a single pull-out bed.
* The other apartment consists of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms—one with a 135-cm bed and a 105-cm single bench-style bed, and the other with two 105-cm beds.
* On the middle floor, there is a unit with a 35 m² living room, a 15 m² kitchen, three bedrooms (one of which has a 150-centimeter bed), and two full bathrooms with bathtubs.
*On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms with full bathrooms, all featuring two 105-cm beds, and two of them have an additional 105x200-cm single pull-out bed.
The house is fully equipped with sheets, bath and shower towels, dishes, silverware, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, several refrigerators, and a hair dryer in every bathroom.
In the courtyard, there is a barbecue and a wood- and charcoal-fired oven next to a pergola where you can enjoy group meals.
During the summer months, we offer a lot with a pool—a glass-enclosed pool area and a recreational area with fruit trees.
