  • VILLA LES Colibris rymmer sällskap på 6 till 8 lätt! Efter ankomst och grind glider stängd, kan du aldrig behöver lämna villan. Poolen når mot soluppgången varje morgon. Terrassen ger en nästan 180 * vy inklusive öarna St. Barth, Pinel och Tinta.



    Du kommer att vara hightly hälsade på stor tröst: villan består av 3 luftkonditionerade sovrum (dubbelsäng) med eget badrum Varje sovrum är unik:

           - PINEL: Exotic: möblerat med bambu

           -TINTAMARRE: Caribbean: möblerat med rotting och havsutsikt och Tinta ön

           -ORIENT BAY: Colonial: möblerat med en himmelssäng

           - Mezzanine: 2 enkelsängar med fläkt.

    Du kommer att uppskatta den privata terrasse för varje sovrum, Där du kan slappna av och njuta av den tropiska trädgården eller havsutsikt
     

    Köket är en amerikansk stil, med en hisnande utsikt från baren, där du kommer att njuta av BBQ och koppla av vid poolen.



    Villan har en privat trädgård och parkering stängs med en elektrisk portal. Det ligger i en liten, tyst och fridfullt, bostadsområde (med en säkerhetsgrind) på en sluttning, halvvägs mellan Orient Bay och Grand Case.

We had a wonderful stay in St Martin the week before Christmas. The villa was perfect for our group (teenagers and grandparents included). Due to flight delays, we arrived in the dark and due to our personal tech problems, we had a bit of trouble finding the villa but our host was very helpful and communicative and found our way to the quiet, gated community. In the morning, we were thrilled to find the beautiful view of the ocean, sailboats, and St Barts. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the deck, soaking in the sun and the peaceful view. The pool is lovely and we all took advantage of it to cool off in the afternoons. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need - the dishwasher was very appreciated! It was nice to have a bathroom with a shower for each bedroom. Orient Bay beach, with lots of activities and restaurants, is a short drive away, as is Super U grocery store, which has everything you might need. Our host was friendly and helpful and responded to our questions quickly, helping us settle in to our holiday and enjoy our time on this beautiful island.

Girls trip to St Martin

House is nice. Needs updating and painting. Not well sealed - ants everywhere. View was amazing, ac, kitchen is ok. New fridge, stove difficult. Washer but no dryer. Furniture and 3 beds very low to the ground. Linen should be updated. You need adapter in house to xharge phone, Google map can not take u to the house. Overall we enjoyed minus the small hiccups.

What a beautiful place! It was exactly as the photos depict it, and absolutely spotless. Greg and Nelly were lovely, providing information and making dinner reservations for us. Despite the fact that my family claimed that most people don't come to St. Martin to cook, Greg even found an immersion blender to make pumpkin coconut soup. The only issue that was problematic was that we were without water for many hours one day. The desalination plant evidently picked our week to turn off our neighborhood's water, which might never come up for another visitor, but having bottled water on hand is a good idea in any case. That was certainly not the fault of the property or the concierge. For anyone looking for peace and quiet (and the neighborhood cows), Villa Colibri is perfect. The view is stunning, particularly at sunrise. And although we didn't see any hummingbirds, a very friendly bananaquit came to visit every morning for a bit of sugar. There is a new transportation company on the island which offers history and culinary tours, but I don't have the name. The owner taxied us to the wedding and was the best possible guide to the island. She would be worth finding. Also, the lolo's serve delicious food and are great fun. Lots of interesting experiences, kind people, great beer, gorgeous turquoise water. Had it not been for the wedding, it would have been a very peaceful week.

Breathtaking!

Villa Colibri is amazing. The views are breathtaking of the Carribean Sea, set up in the hills with nice ocean breezes to keep the tempature perfect. The Villa is exactly like the photo's. Great location-5 minutes to Grand Case for great food and shops, 5 minutes to Orient Beach, 5 minutes to Friar's Bay, 2 minutes to Anse Marcel, 10 minutes to Marigot. There is a full grocery store just minutes away. Everything you need is very close. The house has everything you need-we spent mornings adventuring around and afternoons we hung by the pool at the Villa. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked many meals at the Villa or on the outdoor bbq. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The property managers are close by and very helpful with recommendations. See you next June-thank you so much for sharing your Villa with us!

Can't Wait To Visit Again

Just the way a vacation should be-private but with great perks! Villa Colibri is perfectly located. Easy drive from the Airport, where our escort conveniently met us with our rental car and took us to the Villa. The Villa's location is very private, without compromising the beautiful ocean/inlet panoramic view. Also conveniently located to grocery shopping, Orient Beach, and the fabulous restaurants of Grand Case. We loved the perfectly appointed rooms with accents of Fuchsia and Lime, sliding glass walls, well decorated outside spaces and great tanning pool. However, our trip was made EVEN better because of Nelly and Greg, the villa's caretakers. We can't rave enough about Nelly and Greg! They handled all of our wants and needs. They made perfect dinner recommendations (Greg is a Pastry Chef) and handled our reservations, as well. We can't wait to return! It is true what they say about St.Martin being "The Friendly Island"!

Awesome property!

This villa was an excellent place to relax and unwind while in St. Martin. The pictures were an excellent representation of the villa. Greg and Nellie were great to deal with and warmly welcomed us. All arrangements were handled efficiently. I really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Villa Colibri

Stayed in this Villa in late Oct. Pictures are a good represenation of the villa. The views were beautiful with a prominent view of St Barts. We would stay again. Greg and Nellie were good hosts and are very nearby to help with any issues. The beach chairs at Waikiki were a tremdous benefit.

Excellent villa

We stayed for 18 days; found everything as described. The location is great: a few minutes from Grand Case, Orient bay and other great beaches like at Friar's bay and Anse Marcel. There is plenty of room for a big family to stay here, and the villa is very private, even though it's in a gated community. Greg and Nelly were very nice. We had a guest, a little skinny cat, for the last week of our stay there. The car rental that the owner had arranged for us was also great. We would definitely go back.
