“The whole setup was really good.”

“What a lovely cottage very clean and tidy absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend it . Very lovely village quiet and picturesque next to fishing port lovely walks down by the sea and a great fish and chip shop”

“It was really special to experience a fisherman’s cottage in a genuine fishing village. Could not have been better than in the home of Cullen Skink. As you would imagine it’s very compact and very homely. It was lovely to listen to the ocean at night and see all the bird life. You aren’t very far from the ocean even if you’re not in the front row. It’s clean, warm and comfortable. Could do with a cheese grater.”

“Mysigt litet boende. Värdparet var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Du får välja din egna frukost från en meny, mycket god och vällagad. Fri tillgång till husets lounge med soffa och tv. ”

“Throughly enjoyed our stay, everything in the welcome pack we needed and more! Will definitely be back. ”

“Väldigt trevligt hotell med fina rum och god mat strax utanför stadskärnan i Banff”

“ Väldigt bra restaurang”

“This hotel is over rated. Well beyond its best before date. Needs to be updated and maintained. Lights out in bathroom, door to shower cabinet broken. Towel from previous guest stilm in bathroom. Simple breakfast and slow service of hot plate. Everything is old but it is not dirty. Tomas”

“Property was as described and as remembered (it was my granny’s old cottage!) . The welcome pack of goodies was a nice surprise. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated with a cozy homely feel. I especially loved the fluffy white towels provided! I was put in touch with Debbie after I booked and she was great at communicating before, during and after the stay. I booked through Hotels.com but it’s a Sykes cottage and due to this Sykes wouldn’t let me amend any details through their app...

“Phenomenal stay at the Sail Loft. I stayed a few nights after the Kadampa meditation retreat and absolutely loved my stay. The location is excellent, amazing walking opportunities and the beach is a 30 second walk from the front door! You can get whatever you need from the coop in town. The place is well heated and all cooking and cleaning amenities are provided. Place was spotless on entry and had everything I needed. Amazing price too 10/10 & I’ll be back soon”

“Wifi var skakig5 så vi fick byta rum.”

“Beautiful, uninterrupted view of the sea. House was contemporary, clean, well furnished with good amenities. Lovely area of Scotland. ”
