“The Inn on Ferry is a quaint place located midtown Detroit. Excellent welcoming and service while we stayed. The building we stayed in (grey stone) is beginning to show some wear on the inside. Carpets would be a good thing to replace and fixtures (e.g reading light shades) need a little more modernizing. We would stay again without hesitation as it was quiet and still very clean.”

“Super in all aspects. Location, staff and cleanliness. ”

“Love the Shinola design and was very excited to stay here - but will not return. Dont get me wrong, the design of the room was great and the check in was friendly and a glass of bubbly was received. The films telling about brand, materials, design etc was great to watch. Comfortable bed. But the cleaning between the days was so poor and had dust in the corners and mold in the "zink hole". Don't even think the pillows were fluffed between the days. The beautiful Shinola alarm clock showed wrong...

“Sarah provided exceptional hospitality, going out of her way to show us the amenities. Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. Breakfast at Warda was “next level” and we appreciated having the vouchers for breakfast each day. Would recommend ALEO to anyone and would stay there again.”

“Check in and valet parking was easy. Room was spacious and clean. Separately living room and bedroom is a bonus. Good location for getting to most dining options or take the free Qline to go further out. 10 minute walk to Tigers BB or Lions FB and A short Qline ride to the Detroit Art Institute, which is great! Nice bar in the very large lobby. Shower/Tub was great and the bed was a little worn, but still comfortable. My only advise is to try to get an interior room that doesn’t face the street....

“A great and wonderful stay me and my sister booked the room for the Chris Brown and Usher concert and we had a ball. The hotel was very nice and upscale with a lot of amenities that we will have to come back and try. The happy hour was and bar in the room was a bonus. The only thing I will say is if you order the Korean barbecue wings, they only give you two wings, even though it says “shareable”. My sister was disappointed about that. “Cleaning only every other 3 day, no water added each day, extra service fee of 27 USD/day for free water even if it was not added each day.”

“Great customer service, hotel clean bed very comfy only problem I had was the tv didn’t work. Customers shouldn’t have to call and ask for help to get it to work properly I couldn’t get not one channel or even log into my own Netflix account.”
