“We had a lovely stay in a comfortable room. We had a nice dinner in the bar which was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and served with a smile. And the beer’s not bad either!”

“I stayed for a couple of nights at the brilliant Troutbeck Inn during a brief trip south. A first time visit to a welcoming inn which now feels like a home from home, and I very much look forward to returning with a bit more time in hand.”

“Fint gammalt värdshus med trevlig personal och trevlig stämning. Verkligt lugnt läge i liten by på landet, men ändå bara 15 minuter från motorvägen. Inom en timma är man inne i nationalparkerna Lake District eller Yorkshire Dales. Ändå negativa är att hotellets restaurang är stängd på måndagar samt att sängen var i minsta laget.”
