We take pride in offering an immaculate, safe, homey getaway!
Foxtrot Inn is completely updated inside and outside. We are located on the NE edge of town, just a few doors east of the school.
Cunningham is centrally located between Hutchinson & Wichita, 15 miles from Pratt & the Miss Kansas pageant and college.
Located 30 minutes from Cheney which is well known for its lake, state park, golf course, and bowling leagues.
Hunting and fishing in the area are popular hobbies, as well as golf and water sports! We are a golf cart friendly community with a well maintained park with walking paths and playground/ seasonal swimming pool.
Local amenities include 2 restaurants, a family medical clinic, post office, liquor store & bank, to name a few. Opening soon is a barber/hair salon and gift shop.
Loves is located on the NW edge of town along Hwy 54.

Foxtrot Inn utilizes central heat and air. All flooring is hardwoods and tile.
Wireless internet, Roku/Smart TV with a variety of channels in the LR and a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom.
We have a unique, large grain bin BBQ area with plenty of seating, outdoor games, and loungers for relaxation! You’ll find several indoor board and card games.
We provide wood for the fire pit, propane for the grill, and also provide charcoal and lighter fluid. S’mores are a favorite and you’ll find grilling utensils a plenty for these needs!
All bedding is hypoallergenic with cotton covered, waterproof sanitary mattress and pillow protectors utilized. Extra linens are always provided as well as extra bath and swim towels. Foxtrot Inn utilizes pillow top, cooling mattresses.
You will have a full service laundry and kitchen stocked with any cooking or baking items you may need such as bakeware and cookware.
We provide common spices, and cooking oil. Popcorn and various snacks are awaiting your arrival. Coffee, creamers and bottled water are available in the fridge.
We have a 10’x20’x 6’ shaded dog kennel to allow your fur member some fresh air and exercise when you’re away or for needs such as toileting or housing with 2 provided dog houses. We have a non- refundable pet deposit of $40 for the entire stay.
A large sized wire dog crate is provided in the laundry room for when you are away an extended time and need to keep your pet safe, but indoors. We provide comfy outdoor sanitary bedding.
If you prefer to not utilize the indoor dog crate, there is a child gate which can be used to contain your dog to the laundry area. Dog bowls and a few dog toys are provided for your dogs use during your stay. Dogs are free to be “loose” indoors as long as they are house trained. We ask that dogs not be allowed on LR furniture.
Our goal is for everyone to feel at home and enjoy the comforts we have provided.
Smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide alarm are utilized. The property is within 2 blocks of the fire department. We also have local EMS services.

We live in Cunningham and can respond to needs in a timely manner should they arise. We are totally hands off during your stay unless you prefer a more personal approach.
