"Fabulous views across to Scalloway, chalets are on a hillside so steps if you are using the bus, but car park at the top, so no problem if you are driving. "I stayed for six nights and never had breakfast because it closed at 8.30 in the morning (far too early when I'm on holiday) so I can't say anything about that.
