THE HOME - 2,695 sq ft on a level lot of roughly 6,900 sq ft. Vaulted ceilings, skylights and double pane windows throughout. Marble entry, hardwood floors in the dining room and kitchen. Guests have the entire home and the full backyard to themselves. There is no host living on site. The only areas that are off limits are locked storage closets and the garage storage shelving.

Entry is by keypad, and the code is changed after every stay.

The home is on a quiet residential street in a neighborhood where families live year round. We ask guests to be considerate of neighbors, especially in the evenings.

We manage a portfolio of homes across Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View and Cupertino, so there is always someone nearby if you need something. We are reachable by message and will respond quickly.

We give guests their space. You will not hear from us unless you reach out or we need to schedule a routine cleaning.

If anything is missing or not working, message us and we will take care of it.

MINIMUM STAY - This home is offered for extended stays only, 31 nights or more.

MAIL AND PACKAGES - Please do not have mail or packages sent to this address. A nearby Amazon Locker or a post office box works well, or you can meet your delivery driver at the curb. Any boxes should be flattened and recycled.

CLEANING ON LONG STAYS - Stays longer than 21 days include a required mid stay cleaning and linen refresh, billed separately at 150 dollars per visit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable deposit of 750 dollars is collected after the reservation is confirmed and returned within 14 days of departure, less any damage.

ENERGY - Please keep the thermostat around 68 to 70 degrees in winter and 75 to 78 degrees in summer. We cover up to 10 dollars per day in energy costs, and unusually high usage may be billed to the guest.

HOUSE RULES - Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. No pets of any kind. No parties or events. No smoking of any kind, indoors or outdoors. There is an exterior security camera covering the driveway.
