“It was very quiet, I couldn't hear anyone once I was in my room. That is critical for me. My AC made a noise the first night and I reported it and a new AC was installed the next day and I was given a different room for the night. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to get some kind of lighting in the hall upstairs as it was hard to see where to slide the key card. But I managed ok. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We were tired of being around all the tourists and wanted something that said “Welcome to Colorado”. This was the place. We received emails from the resort with detailed directions on driving and registration that were easy to follow. The five mile drive up the gravel road took a little longer than expected because a flock of sheep that decided they needed to cross the road in front of us! “We had an unfortunate experience with a leak in our sink and our smoke alarm beginning to chirp very late at night. Price seemed too high for the experience.”

“Booked this property for the amenities but was I wrong. Hot tub didn’t work and looked like it hadn’t for quite some time. Did not have any continental breakfast like advertised. Outside of property was dirty and not maintained. Would not stay here again.”

“Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Ridiculous that the property is “100% smoke-free” yet every time you walk outside you walk right into a smoking area. The smoking areas should be MUCH further away from the doors. Breakfast was mediocre. Omelets were cold and overcooked. Bacon was literally half raw.”

“Check-in was very efficient, but the staff was not very friendly. The room was enormous and seemed to be quite clean. However, it is very outdated. I.e. carpet was coming up in places the grout and the tiling snd the finish in the bathroom needs to be redone.. And I get that it’s tourist season, but a little bit overpriced for what it is.”

“I only stayed 1 night as last minute stay and it did the job. A.little sketchy when i arrived bc im not used to motels, but My room was clean, quiet. Good water pressure. Bed was comfy. Felt pretty safe overall. Owner at counter was friendly and helpful! Overall better stay than I expected and actually better experience than some of the major hotel chains I've stayed in. Would stay again.”
