Very beautiful, modern 2-room apartment of approx. 60 m². From the 15 m² terrace, you have direct access to the garden. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, and satellite TV. The integrated dining area includes a kitchenette with an oven and microwave. The accommodation is ideal for couples who appreciate comfort and a quiet location.

The Kugelbake landmark and the beach are within walking distance, as are a supermarket, an event center, and several restaurants. A nice playground for children is located in the spa park. Free parking is available on the property (no assigned spaces) as well as on the street. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The accommodation offers a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. There are guidelines for proper waste separation; you will receive more information on site. Energy-saving lighting is provided.
