“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”

“From the outside it looks more like an office building than a hotel. The room was huge. What was weird is the TV was mounted on the wall on one side of the bed. To be able to see it properly, it was on a swing mount. However the bed was, my guess, 18-24 inches from the wall. Very difficult to get into/out of the bed, especially in the middle of the night. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was very dim making difficult to shave, Finally I will say I have never experienced more pleasant and...

“A little below the average Hilton, but overall good. Nappy old bed cover was replaced the 2nd day, but nothing was done about the metal bedframe protruding 5" that gave a good cut on my leg. Comfortable bed and pillows.”

“Not fancy, but functional. All necessary amenities present and working correctly. Reasonably recently renovated. Seems to have many long-term residents, but they weren't any kind of problem. Minor nits: could use a second chair, elevator slow, mattress slides on platform bed at little too easily. Very good value for the price.”

“This was an amazing place to stay. For one the historical factor and the preservation of the home is unique and beautiful. It is in a great location and within walking distance to many museums and the italian district with other food options close by as well. The grounds are well kept. There is parking on site so that is a plus. Small bar and an outdoor patio area which is secluded and pleasantly quiet. The breakfast was way more than just your average continental breakfast and well prepared....

“Poor service and welcome. Asked for a room not on the ground floor, and as I didn't want to become a rewards member they said "sorry, the 2 upper floors are for members only". This is the 1st time I have been poorly treated. People were loud in the hallway through the night. Around 7pm a girl was running around begging for help. Scary! Never again! Avoid!”

“Very nice and clean. Near the airport, but very quiet - we didn't hear anything at all. Good breakfast. There is also a Wallmart across the street, so we got some groceries there for the road trip.”

“This hotel was super clean and all the staff were super helpful. I came out of town and my flight landed at 8:am my check-in was at 3pm and they let me do my check in at 9am. Thank you to everyone on the team you guys were amazing.”
