“Loved the property and location. Everything was great. Just a couple of minor issues. Easy to access staff. Only sugestión I have is that the bedrooms need at least one mirror so that the Ladies can see their wardrobe as they're trying them on. One more thing, Since not a hotel room we should be allowed to check out at noon or 1pm. THANK YOU.”

“It was okay. There was a stain on the couch that was gross. WiFi wasn’t great. But for one night it was okay.”

“The cottage that we rented was clean enough, however, the amenities were definitely not up to par. The grounds were obviously not kept up with very well, the community bathrooms need a deep cleaning and the pool water appeared green and had scum floating on the surface. My wife and I decided not to risk it for fear of getting sick. The staff was not present. There is no office for checking in or any other purpose. We are unlikely to visit this location again.”

“We stayed the weekend as a family and really enjoyed the property. The porch was a refreshing way to start our morning or wind down in the evening. The pool and corn hole area provided family time activities. Close to the river and places to eat and grab coffee. Look forward to staying again.”

“Unfortunately we were placed in a cabin that was overtaken with mold in both restrooms, one was off of the main bedroom where we slept. It is cabin B. We asked for a partial refund and got 30% back. The property was nice. Definitely somewhere we would love to visit again but I dont trust that the cabin will be mold free and can't view until after paid etc. So won't be back. “Great Home, I see us coming back in the near future again to this location, it was quiet and peaceful. A beautiful home, felt like I was at home. Our Kids didn't want to leave and continue to ask when we are coming back. Rooms were perfectly clean to great standards. This home does have a washer and dryer, so that helped out alot when coming back from waterparks, the river, and from being outside in the pool area. “The property is located in a quiet area close to gas and convenience stores. Beds were comfortable and the property included everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Property manager was accessible throughout the stay for questions. Excellent experience overall.”

“Rght on the Guadalupe with a very spacious stone deck, tables, pool, BBQ pits and beautiful trees to shade the area. Nice big grass area down by the river. Owners are very accommodating and you can tell they take pride with the upkeep of the rooms and property overall. We stayed 2 nights and had a great time meeting others staying at Horseshoe Riverside. We will be back! Thank you Doc and Wendy for a nice and comfortable getaway.”

“Wimberley is such a nice, quirky town. This place was good as it is walking distance into the square. Nicely decorated rooms even though it is very noisy from outside and neighboring room’s aircon. The pool area is very nice. Staff is very friendly and service minded. We could stay again!”
