“Simply the best, better than all the rest…”

“Stayed here a couple of times before, always loved it before. Got a room with a window covered window facing the back yard. Service was lacking a bit, still very good but not that extra that The Jeffersson is Famous for. ”

“Excellent hotel with super friendly staff. Everything including the gym was super fresh!”

“Friendly and professional check-in & check-out. Room cleanliness could be improved (furnishings dusty). Afternoon tea service was a bit rough around the corners: subpar customer interaction skills and knowledge of menu offerings. The variety and quality of breakfast offerings at Café du Parc were more suited for a diner than a 5-star hotel. This legendary facility seems to be struggling at living up to some aspects of its former grandeur. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant overall.”

“Perfekt placering bekvämt men man får lite känsla av att de bara är ute efter att tjäna pengar”

“Nice staff and good location close to the metro and Georgetown. ”

“Very disappointing stay. The hotel was advertised as newly renovated, but that was four years ago—come on. It felt worn out, and our room was dirty on arrival. We were promised a room change, but when we went to get the new room, it was no longer available. On top of that, they misplaced our dry cleaning and we had to ask four times before anything happened. None of the staff seemed properly trained—really not acceptable. The location was perfect, and the doormen and porter were excellent, but...

“Vi var jättenöjda. Fantastiskt läge också.”

“I appreciate the staff working with me! They went above and beyond to make sure, we got all that was needed.”

“Ett hotell med klass - allt från sängar till mottagande, service och restaurang var lyx. Det är dock den äldre typen av lyxhotell så det är inte några moderna rum, men stora och härliga.”

“Bra personal! Sköna sängar”

“Trevligt boende, inget att klaga på”

“Kanon bra frukost fina rum ”
