“I stayed here for a weekend, at the time of it, there were some amenities that have seen better days. However speaking with the owners, they were aware of it and mentioned they were working on updating the property after acquiring it months earlier. The beds were fine, and the room and bathroom were clean, good enough for me. The hotel is a work in progress, but it’s a great budget option, and in a great location close to the bars, restaurants and shops in Ferndale, as well as a quick trip to...

“Very nice place. Seemed to be a new building. Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean”

“Bra hotell med trevlig personal. Parkering finns smidigt på baksidan och rummen var väl städade och fräscha. + för sköna kuddar.”

“The hotel is easy to find and holds good quality. Cleaning very good of the room and comfortable bed even if I dont really appreciate that the blanket just has a sheet over and not is really "tucked in/covered". Parking is free but was difficult to find when it was a wedding/event at the hotel during the w-e. “The room was filthy and then I was asked to check in after 6pm until they could clean another room because they were all sold out and refused me a refund! Then never gave me a deposit back and said I stain a sheet over the phone after inquiring about the refund two months later.”

“Excellent stay overnight. Clean & quiet. Great breakfast with plenty of seating. Ice machine down the hall, mini fridge in the room. Easy access by uber to go to the nearby art district so we can keep our car safely parked in free parking lot. Bedding was very comfortable. Shower with good water pressure and included toiletries in pump bottles”

“was overall good”
