“Looks like a five star resort but failed to meet expectations. Stayed only for one night on transit with family. Resturant is poor quality, all interior are worn out. Beds are hard as stone. Although friendly and helpful staff as well as the pool area with the water slide result in three stars. Only paid 110 EUR per room so I guess you get what you pay for. I was really annoyed by an extra charge for early check even though the room was available. I've never came across this before.”

“The room was very clean, not cluttered, with a large bath and shower room. Beds were comfortable also! Well worth the price”

“amazing room and service”

“Great hotel! Had a wonderful stay here.”

“The hotel was very nice and clean with a central location close to bus, monorail and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.”

“I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The self check-in was quick and seamless, and the room was spotless and beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and lovely views. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Kokusai Street, with plenty of shops nearby for dining and browsing. Every detail was clearly thought through, making for a smooth and relaxing visit, and I can't wait to return.”
