The hotel was located perfectly so you could walk everywhere. The staff were very attentive. Breakfast options were fantastic too!

2일간 지내면서 모든면에서 만족스러운 숙박이었어요. 룸컨디션은 기본이고, 컨시어지 담당자의 친절함부터 하루두번 룸정리까지 최고였어요. 조식도 퀄리티면에서 매우만족스러웠구요. 보트트립도 시중비용보다는 비싸지만, 프라이빗한 서비스와 식음료 제공까지 ᆢ 아주 만족스러운 여행 이었어요. 아난타라 호이안 적극 추천합니다 *한국인 별로없고, 매우조용하고 평화로운 분위기, 올드타운과도 가까운게 저와 제아내 기준에서 최고 장점 이었어요.

Best option in Hỏi An!
This property was just spectacular. The rooms were beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. We loved the little daybeds on the front balcony, a perfect nook to read a book. The pool area was also perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. We also ate at both of the restaurants, and found the food to be excellent. And the location is just ideal, far enough out of town to be away from all the noise, yet a quick bike ride into the heart of all the action.

サイクリングで子供が大満足。
観光客減少にも関わらず満足いくサービスを提供してくれた。チャイルドシート装備の自転車も施設保有されておりサイクリングで子供が大喜びしてくれた。旧市街が非常に近い為、気軽にぶらぶらできた。立地が非常に良いので次回も利用したい。

Location location location
This is an old and atmospheric hotel just a 6 minute walk to the old town of Hoi An. Very comfortable but you are really paying for the convenience. Rather better to stay here than in one of the new, huge hotels that dominate the coast from Da Nang south to Hoi An with shuttle buses etc etc. The road into town has undergone a facelift recently with some nice restaurants, bars and massage shops. My wife and I particularly liked the massage place directly opposite the hotel - cheap and friendly.

Room was big and I like the split level, good TV programs, thoughtful accessories. Has everything you might need. Love the big bathroom and the small patio area to lounge. Sweet! Colonial architecture was a treat for the eyes. Location was fantastic right next the river and old town. The restaurant was nice, though they could definitely include many more vegetarian options, which were lacking and minimal. But loved the little, free Vietnamese "pizza" stand and the wait staff is super sweet and excellent without being in your face. A perfect experience!

우기만 아니었다면 정말 더 좋았읁 것같아요. 침대가 많이 습했어요. 그럴수밖에 없는 것같아요. 벌레 거의 못봤구요. 그래도 청결하게 리셉션 직원이 마사지하는동안 아가도 봐주셨어요. 다들 친절하고 의사소통도 잘됩니다.

旧市街からほど近い、便利でラグジュアリーなリゾートホテルステイ❤︎
ホイアン旧市街には、ゆったりと過ごせるリゾートホテルはほとんどありませんが、アナンタラホイアンリゾートは、旧市街のホイアン市場から徒歩でも10分とかからず、とても便利な立地。しかも川沿いに面していて、旧市街の雑踏から解放され、静かで落ち着いたラグジュアリー感溢れるホテルステイを楽しむ事ができました。 スタッフの方々も皆にこやかにテキパキと対応してくださり、気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。 川沿いの風が気持ちの良いレストランでの朝食ブュッフェも種類が豊富でみな美味しく大満足❤︎ 部屋も隅々まで掃除が行き届いていました。 一つだけ困った事は、ドアが閉まるとオートロックがかかってしまう為、屋外にあるソファに座る時でもキーを持ち出さないとならず、うっかり忘れてしまった時には部屋に入れなくなってしまいました。 たまたま近くにスタッフがいたので、すぐにスペアキーを持って来てもらえましたが、もしいなかったら裸足でレセプションまで行かなければならなかったかも⁈この点だけは改善していただけたらて思います。

휴양하기 좋은 호텔, 아난타라 호이안
룸, 조경, 인테리어 등 전체적인 디자인이 세련되고 직원들이 친절합니다. 수영장은 작지만 나무그늘이 있어 더울때 놀기 좋고, 룸 앞의 작은 테라스는 정원을 마주보고 있어 앉아만 있어도 좋습니다. 올드타운도 걸어서 7~8분 정도로 생각보다 가깝고, 조식 메뉴 또한 다양하진 않아도 고급스러운 건강식입니다. (수제잼, 건강쥬스 등) 요가 클래스도 꽤 전문적으로 진행되는 것 같습니다. 다만, 전반적으로 관광보다는 휴양을 목적으로 방문하기에 좋은 호텔 같습니다. 수영장에서조차 책을 읽는 분위기이며, 룸이 외부 복도와 바로 연결되고 바닥이 대리석이라 방음이 안됩니다. 시설 단점으로는 욕실 샤워실이 좁아서 물이 바닥으로 튀고, 2층 건물이지만 엘리베이터가 없으며, 오래된 리조트 건물이라 비올땐 지린내 같은 냄새가 살짝 납니다. 쓰는 김에, 호텔 정문 맞은편 골목의 로컬 식당을 강력 추천합니다. 세탁소와 옷 판매를 겸한 테이블 2개 정도의 작은 가게인데 모든 메뉴가 너무너무 맛나요! 특히 쌀국수ㅠ (구글에선 가게명이 'The Heart' 라고 나오는데 확실치 않음)

Staff was friendly, food was good, spa service excellent. Don't like the structure of the complex or rooms. The resort is right in the middle of a busy street - not very resort feel. The pool is small and of V-shape - can't really swim there. The rooms have no windows except on the door side - that means when the door is closed, you are trapped indoor. And we did look at three types of rooms. They were all the same.

외국인 숙박객의 비율이 높고 조용하며 전체적인 분위기가 자연친화적입니다 직원들은 모두 다 매우 친절하고 서비스가 섬세하여 만족스럽습니다 호이안올드타운까지 자전거를 무료로 대여해 주어 특별한 추억을 만들 수 있고 올드 타운으로 가는 길에 여러가지 역사적인 장소, 카페, 전통 시장도 있어서 흥미롭습니다 아름답고 아늑한 아난트라 호이안은 진정한 휴식을 위한 최고의 호텔입니다 조식의 종류가 다양하지 않은 것은 다소 아쉽지만 그래도 다음에도 또 이용할 것 같습니다
