"Allt var bäst!!"

"Är våran andra gång på hotellet. Fantastiskt hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Alla bekvämligheter finns. Vad vi blev negativt överraskade denna gång var att alla faciliteter inte var anpassade till antal besökare på hotellet. Exempelvis så var varje frukost extremt kaotiskt med 30’min väntetid bara att få ett bord. Solstolar var också alldeles för få med tanke på gästantal.. "

"We stayed five nights at this hotel and were very satisfied overall. The hotel is located right at the beach promenade and has an excellent location close to many restaurants and shops. A few small suggestions for improvement regarding the rooms (at least room 1701, which we had): • The safe could ideally be mounted a bit higher on the wall. Considering older guests, it is currently awkward as one has to get down on the floor to access it. • On the side of the bed without a bedside table, it would be practical to have a small wall-mounted shelf, for example for a smartphone."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would especially like to thank Ryan, the Front Office Manager, for making our visit truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, Ryan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always available to help. Throughout our stay, he gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants to try and activities to experience, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we were fortunate to stay on one of the highest floors with an amazing view. Waking up to that view every day was a highlight of our stay. Ryan’s attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in making sure visitors have the best possible experience. We truly appreciated all the help and kindness during our stay, and it made a lasting impression on us. We would happily return in the future and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. "Städning kunde vara en aning bättre, det lämnades städnings trasor på rummet. Hotellet känns lite gammal men allmänt är det fint. Fina pooler men ingen dedikerad vuxen pool. Drinkarna from beach baren var hemska."

"The staff were extremely helpful when we came by to look at the room before booking. As well as their outstanding service of helping us book a trip to Hoi An and shuttle to the airport. Their warm smiles and greetings felt welcoming every time we met a staff member compared to the hotel we had previously stayed at. The hotel driver was also extremely friendly and gave us a good insight on Da Nang history.. However, the room could have used an extra vaccum as it was extremely dusty on the floor"
