Rekommenderar!
Underbart hotell med varm och serviceinriktad personal. Hjälper en med allt man behöver och vi uppgraderades utan problem eller extra kostnader till ett dyrare rum då vi ville byta till ett rum med fönster och balkong. Poolområdet var härligt, fanns alltid platser och det var lugnt och skönt. Älskade vistelsen här!

Utmärkt prisvärde
Hade definitivt återvänt. Fantastisk service och fin hotellmiljö. En bit från de gamla delarna, men gratis lånecyklar löste den delen. Fanns fotstöd så barnen kunde sitta på pakethållaren.

Excellent choise, superb familyroom
I stayed in a wonderful family room with one double bed and two singles. Hotel is opened quite recently, it is clean, nice and personnel very friendly. Room we had was spacious and without any doubt the best we had (also really worth for the money) during our three weeks Asia trip in Vietnam and Thailand. Location is ok, between the city and beach. City is about 15mun walk, which is no problem. Pool area is quit and nice, but small. I would highly recommend this place.

Free room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet on the first morning was great with many food choices. There was no buffet on the second morning due to lacking of guests. Mosquitoes were in the room on the first night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The customer service at this hotel is excellent. I accidentally booked and paid for the wrong month. After realizing the mistake (past the incorrect dates), I contact their sale department. Ms. Trang and her management team allowed us to change our stay to the right time.

ホテルは両側から建設中のホテルに囲まれ日当たりも良くなくてベランダからの眺めも狭い空間に緑がある程度の小さなものでした、コネクティングルームに家族三人で宿泊しましたがシャワーの水圧が弱い。プールは小さい。立地は旧市街から近いが星4つは無理がある。

4성 호텔이지만 좀 오래된 건물입니다. 직원들은 대체로 친절했습니다. 주변 건물이 공사중이지만 그다지 시끄럽지 않게 잘 지냈으며 3일동안 수영장을 잘 이용했습니다 욕실은 깨끗하며 물도 잘 나오고 배수도 잘 되었습니다 제가 묵은방은 조용하지만 뷰는 전혀 없는 방이었습이다 구. 시가지까지 걸어가기는 멀어 택시타고가면 3만동 정도니 편하게 이용하세요

Tolles Hotel in Stadt Nähe. Taxi kostet ca 2 EUR. Die Zimmer sind schön, der Pool ebenfalls - man sollte vielleicht wissen, dass der Frühstücksraum nicht klimatisiert ist. Bei 38 Grad draußen wünscht man sich eine Klimaanlage. Wir waren 4 Nächte hier und absolut zufrieden Ich wünschte wir hätten noch mehr Zeit gehabt um auch die Umgebung weiter zu erkunden. Die Mitte von Vietnam ist am schönsten. Definitv den Schneider Mr. XE aufsuchen und sich Kleidung nähen lassen. Zudem Restaurant Morning Glory besuchen sowie Brothers Cafe

Nice king-size bed and patio tables outside all upper level rooms that overlooked the pool below. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast with freshly made crepes and eggs made to order. The hotel apologized for the construction activity on both sides of the property; construction noise was restricted to daytime hours.

We had arranged to be collected from the airport however the car never turned up. No apology was made we were simply told the computer system was down so the car had not been sent. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. The family room suited our needs well.

Great staff and amazing property. You can't tell from the outside, but the inside is the tropical oasis. The only complaint I have with the hotel is the cleanliness of the tub in our King Deluxe suite. There was a rubber mat on the bottom of the tub. I notice it a little further away from the showerhead than I normally like it, so I picked it up and tried to move it. Well, it seems like no one has done that in a while, because underneath the mat had what looked like months of grime and gunk built up. The rest of the hotel seemed very clean, but there was just this one spot which really grossed me out.

Excellent hotel,great room, shower,bed and pool area.breakfast good and Daisy and Kai very helpful. It’s about 1km from centre,two good restaurants around the corner, left out of the hotel then first left (two minutes) The tin tin and silent garden.

It's a noisy hotel because the pool is in the centre so when kids are in the pool or anyone loud, you can hear throughout the property. The have bikes for guests but they aren't maintained properly. Breakfast is good and the staff do their best being friendly and opening the door of the lobby. They do get credit for trying!

The hotel looks modern and clean. The swimming pool is decent and not too crowded. The breakfast is pretty good as well. That being said, we found cockroaches there in our room -- in the bathroom to be specific. The staff used pesticide in our room but after that, we found another one. We did not change the room because other rooms seem to have cockroaches as well. Also, the bathroom floor was very slippery when it was wet -- the manager gave us flip flops, which was okay. The constructions in both sides of the hotel were noisy, but it wasn't too bad; we used the pool at around noon, and the noise was bothersome a bit, but tolerable. Overall we enjoyed our stay there, even though we were concerned about the cockroaches. But it seems like other hotels have similar problems, except for (maybe) top tier hotels like Hyatt.

Pretty good hotel with excellent staff. The location is decent, being a mile away from the old town. They have free bikes to use too. The included breakfast was decent, but there were a few small cockroaches that scurried across my table. I guess it's normal in this part of the world though. The room was nice, clean.

그냥 그런 호텔
바로 옆건물 리모델링중이라 공사 소음이 있어 신경이 쓰였으며 구시가지까지 도보로 20분을 걸어야 하는 위치임. 아침이 맛있다는 후기가 자주 보이던데 음식종류나 맛이 좋다는 생각은 안듬.

Room lovely although we did have a balcony there was absolutely no view at all from it apart from the building next door about 10cm away from the balcony. The only natural light was around the swimming pool. Building works seemed to be going on all around the hotel: we booked hotel 9 months ahead but we received no updated regarding the work going on. Also new photos should be put onto the website as they are not true.
