Beautiful 2 Story Water Front Home inside the Gates of Stillwater Resort!

  • This lake front home is perfect for a family getaway. It is located in Stillwaters Resort, a gated community with a golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts and a marina. This 3 bd, 2.5 bath home has 2 king beds a queen bed and a pull out couch., it can hold up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped includes full size microwave, stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, drip coffee maker and Keurig. Other small appliances available 4 slice toaster, blender and hand held mixer. Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking needs. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The flat lot is perfect for the children to play. Enjoy all the amenities that it has to offer paddle boat, kayak, private slip for your boat, pier, fire pit and gazebo.. This home has a screened porch with electric fireplace with plenty of seating. The open deck has a gas grill, and a black stone, 4 to 6 person hot tub and a retractable sun setter for shade.

Very nice place for a family vacation. Great place for kayaking and swimming as there is very little boat traffic by the dock. The screened in back porch was a favorite spot to hang out in my group. Strongly recommend this house and host.

This house was gorgeous. The location was perfect. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The owner, Karen was a delight and very attentive. We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

We had a wedding to attend in Auburn and wanted a place where our family could all stay together rather than separate hotel rooms. This place was perfect for us! Plenty of bedrooms to accomodate us. The location is in a cove which made it perfect for our young grandchildren to swim without worry of passing boats. The adults and children enjoyed kayaking with the provided kayaks and the hot tub was a nightly favorite of the adults. We will definitely be staying with Karen again. She was so accomodating!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake. The house was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The community pool was closed all weekend and we couldn’t figure out why, so we couldn’t use it which was a bummer, but we really enjoyed the house and the lake. The host was great answering the questions I had about life jackets and depth of water.

Lazy Lake Days

Our family enjoyed a 5 nigh stay at Lake Martin in this home. It was perfect. We had plenty of room in the home, but the backyard was great with the lake, a flat lot, and the hot tub. Ms. Karen was wonderful and Ms. Tina and Mr. MIke (neighbors) were great too!

This house was great for my husband and I taking our son, daughter in law and granddaughter for a short trip to the lake. Karen was very accommodating (we arrived an hour early for check in as we did not account for the time change from Atlanta) and let us come in early. This house has so many extras that you won’t find at other rentals. There are paddle boards, a paddle boat, fishing poles, life jackets, every kind of coffee and espresso maker, large dock with chairs and an umbrella, gazebo with fire table, screened in porch with rocking chairs, retractable awning on the outdoor porch, a black stone grill and I could go on. We loved staying here and felt like we were at home. We will definitely come back

Beautiful home with MANY amenities provided. Host extremely responsive to any text/call we made regarding questions or concerns. In particular we loved the screened in back porch every day! Fans also provided to keep us cool on back deck as well as other rooms in the house.. would return!

Stillwater’s retreat

Karen was amazing to work with. Her home had so many special touches to make our Fourth of July trip wonderful. We had a private boat pier, 2 kayaks and a paddle board for our enjoyment . A private hot tub on the back patio. 2 grill options. The house was very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and plenty of living and eating space on the main level. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. I would highly recommend this property for any Lake Martin getaway!!

Great Lake house

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with family at this great lake house. It is situated at the end of a quiet cove in Stillwaters at Lake Martin. The house is very nice and well stocked with everything you need. The screened in porch and deck were great and the Blackstone was an added bonus. There is plenty of room in the flat yard for playing games or just relaxing. The boat dock had plenty of room for lounging, eating, visiting, etc. The owners were very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely consider returning for another visit.
