“Maybe our expectations were too high but we were not happy with our stay. On the positive side was the location just next to MRT. Also the daily free afternoon snacks buffet was a nice gesture. Room was spacious but felt worn, we liked the big windows and the view though. The bathroom had just about zero lighting making it impossible to put on make up, there was a separate mirror with lightning on the desk but it was equally bad lightning and no use. Roof top restaurant service was slow both...

“Mycket trevligt och fint hotel, stora fina rum”

“Clean and convenient”

“The property was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. Communication was via WhatsApp and was very clear and available if we needed anything. The accommodation is adjacent to a bus stop to the main train station and a short walk one way to the MRT and the other way to the light rail. Water dispenser and coffee machine in the foyer. Great TV options (was nice to get some home content after so long travelling). Ability to leave our bags and great aircon. Thanks we would stay again”

Everything involves crossing the lobby to change lifts, and they take forever. The room itself is the biggest I've ever stayed in: a gorgeous Japanese-style living area, a huge bathroom, and state-of-the-art equipment throughout. The neighborhood...

“ Concierge Service was super service minded, the rest was also good. Nice room and pool, sauna and gym was super. Chineese restaurant and room service great.”
