Modern apartment located near the sports airfield, in the idyllic Dahlemer Binz neighborhood

The accommodations are modern and stylishly furnished. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, integrated into a room with a large dining area. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for two additional guests. The living room is the former control tower of the small Dahlemer Binz sports airport, which has been converted, and therefore offers a great view of the runway and, of course, the surrounding forests. The bedroom is equipped with another flat-screen TV. From the bedroom, you can access the spacious bathroom with an open shower. The accommodations are located at the idyllic Dahlemer Binz sports airfield. The building is the former control tower and pilots’ lodge, which is currently being converted into seven vacation apartments and a restaurant. The terrace with seating, which is part of the building, is of course available for your use. The restaurant is open 5 days a week until 8:00 p.m. at the latest. The recreational airfield is open only during the day and isn’t very busy during the week, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation.<br>Numerous recreational activities are available. Our in-house flight school is happy to arrange sightseeing flights or flight lessons for you. You can book a tandem skydive at the airfield. We manage a big-game hunting reserve in the Eifel, where you can hunt from a blind if you have a valid hunting license. Of course, the Eifel offers many other tourist attractions, such as hiking (hiking trails start right at the house), biking, popular motorcycle routes (garage space for your motorcycle is available), and popular sights.
