This wheelchair-accessible cabin is pet-friendly (pet fee applies*) and is located in Lumpkin County near Dahlonega. Whether you're here to tour the wineries or just want to stay in and soak in the hot tub, this cabin is for you.

This listing is only for the main floor and loft: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level has an additional 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but will be locked off and not rented during your stay. Everything listed and pictured in the listing is available to you.
The main floor features an expansive living and dining area, as well as a master suite with a queen bed. The attached bathroom is wheelchair-accessible. The loft upstairs features another suite with a king bed and a bathroom.

The main level deck features a bar and a Blackstone flat-top grill, and the lower-level patio features ping pong and a hot tub. At the outdoor space near the creek, there is a volleyball court and horseshoe pit, as well as a playground, fire pit, badminton, whiffle ball, soccer, and bocce.
The property sits on a seven-acre tract with another smaller cabin on the other side of the property, which can be booked for up to six additional guests. - This listing is only available for certain dates to give priority to the full home listing.
- This listing does not include the additional bedrooms on the lower level. This will be locked off during your stay, but if for whatever reason guests access this space, they will be charged an additional $200 per night and an additional $100 cleaning fee.
- There is one security camera facing the dumpster and one facing the front porch and parking area.


Important things to know:
• Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 5 pets.
• There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide regular coffee, but not K-cups.
• We have firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before of your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a Blackstone flat-top propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we can make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days before your stay.
