Welcome to the lovely family vacation rental “7012 – Ankerplatz,” located just 150 meters from the beautiful beach. You’ll feel completely at home in this vacation rental no matter the season. The generously sized apartment, with an area of approximately 70 square meters on the first floor, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay with your family. The spacious living and dining area, featuring a sofa set and a corner bench, invites you to enjoy cozy meals and unwind.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with a convection grill, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The bathroom features a large shower, and a hair dryer is also provided.
With two modern and spacious bedrooms, both designed with ample storage space in mind, the apartment is ideally suited for 5 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90x200 cm), and the children’s room has a double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). A second TV is available in the children’s room.
High chairs are available in the attic. You’ll also find a radio, as well as some games and books.
Another plus is the in-house washing machine, which is available for shared use for a fee. The entire property is non-smoking, ensuring a fresh and clean atmosphere.
The parking space is located right next to the house. Wi-Fi is also available.
