Holiday Apartment 'Ferienwohnung für 5 personen (80 m²) in dahme'

Our holiday apartment with terrace and garden is about 80 m² and accommodates up to 5 guests. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Dahme on the Baltic Sea, you are just 500 m from the sandy beach and 400 m from a grocery store with bakery.



The apartment has two separate bedrooms (approx. 18 m² and 16 m²), each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.20 m and 1.80 m x 2.00 m). Synthetic duvets and pillows are provided. The living room (approx. 30 m²) with southwest-facing terrace features a corner sofa with sleeping function (for 1 person), an armchair, satellite TV, and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and dishes. There is also a bathroom with shower and window.



Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, bath mat, electricity, water, and heating are included. Please bring your own baby bedding.



A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated), free Wi-Fi (streaming and gaming not permitted due to limited data), and a garage are available. A travel cot and high chair for children are provided free of charge.



The outdoor area next door is easily accessible via your own garden and offers a playground (sandbox, slide, swings, large lawn), barbecue area with grill chimney (please clean after use), bicycle storage, and clothesline.



Pets are not allowed (suitable for guests with pet hair allergies). Dishes and grill grate must be cleaned and returned by guests; this is not part of the final cleaning. A local tourist tax applies.



Note: Due to a road closure, the nearest parking is currently about 150 meters away.
