The wellness area (swimming pool (4x7 m) and sauna (coin-operated)) was extensively renovated in 2022 and is shared by all guests of the “Strandhotel.”
The washing machine and dryer can be used by all residents of the building for a fee (coin-operated).

The apartment includes 1 parking space (No. 19) in an outdoor lot across the street from the Strandhotel. Access is via the public parking lot; the gate can be opened with the apartment key.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the Strandhotel!
