“Jätte trevligt hotell utanför Naganoen ändå nära. Väldigt fint och rent, kan inte klaga på mer än att baren stängde otydligt och tidigt. Bättre trevligt med onsen och rummer hade allt vi behövde på 3 samt jätte trevligt personal.”

“the room wa very old and worn. that's not a problem, but there was dust everywhere, and greasy fingerprints on the walls. the smell was terrible even after a full bottle of room deodorizer. cheap is good, but this was beyond bad.”

“Everyone was so polite and I love the eco consciousness. The breakfast buffet has great choices. No need to bring pajamas, facial care, q-tips, brush/comb, toothbrush/toothpaste, plus the usual soap and shampoo/conditioner. There are a few washer/dryers on-site but there is also a laundromat across the street if none are available (they even have a dedicated washer for shoes!). I didn’t try it but there are separate onsens on-site (female and male). Very short walk to Ueda station so great...

“Comfortable hotel right by the train station, nice view from the room of the city, friendly staff. The hotel is in a really good location. Only downside is they charge for parking.”
