Mr OZCAN n'était pas content car il avait demandé un remboursement étant donné qu'il a annulé son séjour au Sénégal. Ce remboursement a été effectif et entretemps Mr OZCAN a fait un commentaire négatif de la résidence.

Dans le descriptif de la résidence sur Expédia, il est marqué qu'il y a la vue sur mer. Effectivement mais seulement à partir de certains appartement mais pas tous. Néanmoins on reste à 400m de la belle plage du virage. Pour ce qui concerne le réfrigérateur, nous l'avons changé dès que vous nous l'avez signalé. Pour le four, il y avait une autre gazinière en remplacement dans l'appartement. Merci tout de même pour vos remarques qui nous permettront certainement de corriger les dysfonctionnements.

Dear Customer, we have more than five year experience and its the first time i have such incomprehensible customer. I assume all the situation because i respect my previous customer and its happen sometimes misunderstanding with customer who promise me to leave but we didn't talk about the time. Unfortunately he was in a meeting and very busy during that day. Please be more honest and relate the true situation because i gave you an apartment waiting the previous guest arriving to take his luggage. And also you didn't mention that you booked a simple studio but i upgrade you in our studio with sea view which is more expensive. You didn't mention that i bring you personally visiting the monument de la renaissance. I was effectively unhappy when i arrive in the residence and find you in the studio with the customer language packed like rubbish. What's happen if there is something lost and customer complain fortunately this customer was very nice. Note that legally i don't have to take customer language out without his approval. Please be honest in your appreciation because except this check in which is independent of my will, everything was ok compare to your last hotel according to your verbal appreciation.
