“Location was great it was just 15-20 minute walk into downtown Boulder. The room was also very big and spacious for my daughter, wife and I so those were positives. However, under the beds were dirt and dust it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in or during our entire 4 night stay. Also, toilet paper was never refilled so we ran out. Even though hotels.com says it’s breakfast included you still need to pay $17 for each person and $15 for kids. It’s in the small print so be...

A bit expensive since there was no breakfast included, didn't try it but you could buy it at the reception. Lots of free parking lots just by the rooms. Three blocks away from Pearl Street, would stay again! ”
