âThe pod is in an amazing location but unfortunately needs a lot of work to make it worth the money! The pod is located down a driveway with no direction whatsoever, luckily a gentleman was there to show us where to go. A lot of groundwork going on which made it very dirty with uneven ground. The steps up to the pod were rotten. The toilet/shower door wouldnât close as the hinges were bent. There isnât much privacy in the toilet a small curtain or blind wouldnât go a miss. It needs a good clean...
âFirst time staying here. Booked a last minute stay for 1 night with my husband and son. Communication through email was great, no complaints!
Easy to get too and access the property.
Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans.
Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling.
Sofa bed was comfy and lovely to cwtch on to watch...

âAbsolutely incredible stay. We done 3 nights and didn't want to leave! The place was spotless, incredibly homely and comfortable. There were even complimentary cakes and wine left for us. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Our toddler loved having goats on our doorstep and walking down to see the pigs. The area was incredibly quiet and peaceful with nothing but a beautiful field behind us. The back garden with the hot tub is very private even though you have neighbours either side...
âThe cottage was well located, well equipped and had some lovely little touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee provided.
Our children enjoyed meeting the various animals and the setting was very convenient and quiet.
We were however disappointed to find on arrival that the previous occupants dogâs excrement hadnât been cleared from the garden, a task we had to undertake before allowing our dog out (and there was more than one!). This really should have...
