âIt was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I donÂŽt like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. itÂŽs was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.â

âMy mom and I came for a girls week away. The pool was the perfect spot to relax and the staff were SO friendly. It was very clean and felt safe within the hotel. â

âRoom was fine and the bed comfortable. Very nice shower. We particularly enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool.
Special praise for the restaurant. We had breakfast every day and dinner twice, all meals were excellent. The chef-special baklava was a real treat. Staff were always pleasant and helpful.â

âOverall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didnât tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. â
âThis hotel was phenomenal! Very clean! It was in the heart of where we needed to be! Great amenities! Definitely will stay again. The view is amazing! â

âGood location for the convention centre and better priced that the other hotels around. Big and nice rooms. Watch out for rooms u see the fitness room though. It might disturb your morning sleep. â
âGreat view of the city! Very comfortable beds, clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for communication was I did not receive my check in instructions an hour before like they said. I had to call them but it was handled very promptly. It was noisy due to interstate traffic but they have noise machines in each bedroom. Would definitely stay again.â

âWe had one night during New years eve, there were of course a lot of celebrations but it went quite far as there were very loud party at hallway on 4th floor up to 4 am making it impossible to sleep. The hotel is close to a large area with homeless people circulating, felt a bit unsafe during nighttime. The room was not cleaned, it had much sand and dirt on floor from door to bed, we use the hairdryer to blow away it to the corners. It has a valet parking and the guys there were quick to park...

âI had an event at the AAC and it was really close! Also, the hotel is nearby (15 min walk) one of the pick-up spots for the Red Coach Buses and the Greyhound Bus station too. There are a lot of of options of restaurants near the hotel too. The Hotel is really pretty and the room was really spacious and comfortable. I only stayed for one night and still think itâs one of the best hotels Iâve been to. â

"Hotellet Àr lite gammalt och slitet men har allt man behöver. SÀngarna och kuddarna Àr jÀttesköna. Det finns kaffemaskin med kaffekapslar, AC, kylskÄp och mircovÄgsugn. All personal Àr trevliga. Hotellet ligger vÀldigt centralt och nÀra till allt. OmrÄdet utanför Àr en hel del hemlösa som driver omkring. Ingen har dock stört oss. "
