The stay overall was fine the only thing i had a problem was that you have to give a $100 deposit even after you paid for the room already thats my only issue why do i have to deposit even more money

Had a great time staying here. Eventhough we spent most of the time roaming around Dallas, the few hours we spent at the hotel were very good. Staff at front desk was really attentive and easygoing. We had bit of trouble getting the hairdryer going but we call the front desk and they were fixing it at no time. The hotel looks old, holds up bit of tobacco smell on the hallways but must be the old carpet they’ve got all over the place cause we didn’t see anyone smoking the whole time we were there. Only hiccup we encountered was a roach on a far corner of our room but I do believe it was just bad luck for us and the pest control really did its job cuz the thing was nearly dead already. Other than that, pillows, blankets and bed was pretty clean no bad odors anywhere. On the plus side, you’ve got IN N OUT right next door. Great stay, great option if you’re traveling on the bucks

The hotel was remarkably clean and fresh smelling and the same applied to the room…but OMG! My biggest disappointment was the lack of hot water during my two day stay. Kindly brought my concern to the front desk and explained for medicinal reasons I needed hot water and regardless of how long I let the water run, the temperature never got hotter than Luke warm. Was told that was as hot as the hotel would allow it to get for all rooms…very nice hotel but if you’re wanting hot showers…go somewhere else.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating towards me, and the hotel was pretty quite, my room was very clean (with working air conditioning) so I had a very pleasant stay for the price!

I was originally placed in room 264, which was a lovely room, with a beautiful view, and I liked being able to see my car from the parking lot. But at midnight I was woken up by a person above me. It literally sounded like a kid was running up and down the hallway or in the room above me. I could not sleep ALL NIGHT! I literally had to call the front desk and ask them twice to please contact the people above me to stop running. I am a nurse, and in Dallas to work four 12-hour shifts. I need my rest to be able to do a good job in healthcare! Im not the person to complain because thats all i ever hear at work. I notified the gentleman at the front desk, to which he let it be known that those people above me practically live there and there have been MANY complaints every time someone stays in room 264 because of the people on the 3rd floor. Needless to say, I think it's pretty obvious that room should be blocked off. As soon as I came back to the hotel from working, I requested a room transfer, which was EXTREMELY inconvienent! I am already drained, and would just like to relax, but instead i have to pack and move everything to the 3rd floor. The whole time I was packing my things, the person upstairs was already starting...running and stomping around non-stop. I could not get out of that room fast enough! I really wish the manager wouldve responded to my email with my complaint.

Could have been better
We were not happy about the deposit or that the rooms were not cleaned everyday like normal hotels. We found it gross and wish they would have done something about it. When we asked if we could get more pillows and towels were were talked to very disrespectfully and the person at the front finally gave us towels but we never got one extra pillow. Also, the phone in the room didn't even work.

I forgot my expensive watch at hotel and called the place but staff keep telling me to come call back again and when I actually came back to check it was too late. They said the room was cleaned by their supervisor and she’s known to be good and all. They’re giving me the run around instead of looking at cameras to help me locate my watch or see who took it out the room. I’ve been their guest for few times but after this never again will I come back! It’s horrible I hope whoever took my watch can live with themselves now.
