This property has seen better days. Our room was dark, dated and dirty. The bathroom door knob was falling off, stains on the wall, woke up to a puddle on the floor from the refrigerator, pull out coach would stay open, felt like we were getting bitten all night. I booked another hotel at 3am for the rest of our visit..I was willing to lose money instead of staying another night.

I showed up at 3am and I had booked the room just an hour prior to arriving. Parked in a well lit spot right in front of the entrance so felt safe. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. And the breakfast was good. Located right off the interstate which was perfect for me since I was on a road trip.

The rooms were fine except that the air conditioning unit cycled on and off all night. It was noisy even at the lowest setting and there was no constant fan setting. This hotel is very close to a very busy highway, so once you step out the front door (or sit on your balcony) it's very noisy. However the rooms are well insulated from this sound. We didn't use the pool but it looked pretty nice. There is a park behind the building we can go for a walk and get away from that traffic noise a bit. The breakfast was pretty standard for almost all hotels these days. You can get coffee, a waffle and some cereal but the soft, white bread and sweet, sticky muffins are not what I buy for my house.

The staff was very helpful. We needed two rooms for the night and check in was quick and simply. There were a few surfaces in our room that had not been wiped down in the room but other than that our stay was fine.

In general, the property is very well-maintained and very clean. Check-in was fast, and the staff was nice. There are lots of fast-food options near the property, which is right off the highway. There were no loud noises at all. A fresh breakfast is served every morning.

Property done what it was supposed too. They have 1 elevator and it is slow 🐌. Staff was nice. High traffic area, right off the highway. Plus is it was close to everything I needed, Walmart less then 5 minutes down the road.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating to my request to have 3 rooms together on the same floor. It was also nice to have free breakfast included. There is only one issue. There is an odor on the first floor in the hallway that smells like gas or chemicals. Fortunately you don't smell it in the rooms.

When we first arrived, their website had said they had a hot tub that was available to all guests. we found out that it had been taken out and that was one of the main reasons that we had stayed there. After a bit of negotiation, and proving to them that it was still on the website, the staff agreed to give us a room that had a hot tub. they made all things right, so we were very pleased with our stay. I want to give a shout out, especially to Sandy at the front desk who is an amazing employee. She goes above and beyond and is full and wonderful to work with she should be recognized in a special way, thank you for our stay.

The property was not in good condition. Everything was old except the TV. The tub took forever to fill and water went everywhere.

Friendly staff clean properly. Front sliding doors were not working so they were left opened the entire time plus it was cold out. Breakfast was a 2 on a scale of 1-5. Very small dining area.

Older but well maintained building. For a Best Western Plus rooms are small. It’s sandwiched between a car dealership and industrial building on noisy I-30. It would be worth $150 somewhere else. Breakfast was adequate but sausage was not good at all.
