The city is filled with beautiful green spaces, with over 4,000 acres of parks and trails for people to explore. Plano offers a sophisticated and established atmosphere. This lovely home is located in this beautiful and quite neighborhood, you will have the DFW Airport at just 28 miles, 21 miles to downtown Dallas, and 37 miles from the AT&T Stadium.

Our house is located on a safe and well-located neighborhood. The main street provides several options like coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, among others.



5 minutes walk to the Plano High Point Park, whenever you like to exercise on the mornings or to taking your kids out for a fun day at the Park! What about a picnic with your beloved one?

- PET FRIENDLY STAY -



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.



- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -



We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.



- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -



Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.



- ADDITIONAL BEDROOM



The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.

- ENTERTAINMENT -



All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.



- NO INDOOR SMOKING -



Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.



- HOT TUB -



Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.





- LANDSCAPING -



The landscaper goes once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -



For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -



Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.



- PEST CONTROL -



This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
